From Hangar to Supplier

The HJS Story & Services

START OF HJS

Henderson Jet Services was founded in 1991 by Charlie Henderson. The company was focused on Avionics and custom interior installations, later adding a strategy of purchasing surplus parts from several sources and reselling them to various and diverse customers in the Business Aircraft industry.

In May 2019 Henderson Jet Services became Henderson Jet Services LLC under the ownership of Darla Henderson and Rick Armstrong.

This new entity immediately purchased a Bombardier Global Express and began the process of demanufacturing the aircraft.

The new strategy transformed the company from an aircraft wholesale parts broker into a provider of very complex airframe components, engines, and systems, supported by in-house expertise on the entire Bombardier airframe.

In June 2023, Charlie and Darla Henderson retired from the aviation industry, leaving behind a robust and competent team of professional aviation personnel dedicated to providing the best service to our clients possible

Today’s HJS LLC is a true supply chain partner to many customers operating the Bombardier line of business jets, providing them with unsurpassed technical expertise and the right assets delivered at the right time.
